I feel cheated out of half of the service I paid for. I paid for 8 hours of contractor work. The owner and an employee were in my house for two hours each (four hours total), and the owner claims that his commitment to me is complete because he is including driving time to my house, and a run to Home Depot for some drywall mud and a couple things. I talked to him two weeks before the appointment and he said he would provide the mudding material. I purchased a small piece of drywall, and could have given him a bag of dry mud mix that I have, but he never asked me. I feel cheated out of half of what I paid. He keeps talking about finishing the list that I had, but never once came to my wife and said what's next to do, there are four hours of time left? How are we supposed to know how much time little jobs take? I can't put 50 things on a list, but he can easily ask us if there is anything else that needs to be done. Mud does NOT cost $190 and the groupon makes NO mention of driving time being included in the job time. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
