I travel to eat BBQ, watch football, and to golf. I have been to a lot of BBQ places around the country and Steamboat, without doubt, is one of the 5 best BBQ places I have been to. Their burnt ends are the single greatest bite of BBQ I have had. DO NOT pass up the opportunity to eat here if you are in the Chicago area.
