Horrible. I bought a highlighting package after reading the great reviews. I figured if they advertised highlights they know how to do them. I left with wet hair after washing them out only to see big bright copper spots through out my hair. They were nice people but spoke to each other in French so it was hard for me to detect their lack of confidence in completing highlights. Lots of red flags.

Helens was absolutely terrible, the lady that did my nails(helen) does not know how to listen and made a mistake and she divided to cover it up with more polish which cause my gel to peel off I go back the next day which was Monday to get it fixed they were closed but there sign said open, so I had to spend more money to get that one nail fixed! Very terrible service
