Very rude on the phone when calling to schedule an appointment. Was told "call groupon for a refund". Details say they provide service within a 20 mile radius. They are in Mt Prospect I'm in Norridge, google maps says 8.4 miles. They told me they don't go that for I should have called them before purchasing. Very unprofessional
