About Wheeling Park District

Wheeling Park District Family Aquatic Center is full of water attractions for every age. For the thrill seekers, Volcano Valley (Tube and Body Slides), Paradise Falls (Two Drop Slides), and the standard diving board will grab their attention. Lily Pad Lagoon with water basketball and balance challenge course are great for your athletes. Little swimmers will enjoy Willie the Whale Toddler Slide, Aloha Beach (Zero Depth Pool) and Keiki Island sand-play area. In addition, the visitors can enjoy sun and shaded seating by the water or on the grass and a wide choice of concessions from The Café.

It was pretty nice. The facilities were great. The only bad thing was the water was so cloudy the day we went that they closed the drop slides for a while.
