Venue Salon & Boutique, White Bear Lake

Very disappointed in this groupon! Not worth the $70 we did pay and not sure how this was considered a $160 value, the blowout was just a hair wash and semi blow dry, my hair was left damp, and all the girls' hair in my party looked better when they got there compared to when we left, other services of facial and manicure were given half effort. The owner seemed annoyed the entire time and didn't seem to want to be there. They only had one person for each service. Plus, we paid for wine and turns out they didn't have liquor license and so we couldn't have any- duh! I really felt like this groupon and salon was a scam, I definitely would not recommend it to anyone!

We were a party of two and we were scheduled to join a larger party - it was pretty apparent the group preferred to have been private. Just a few little mishaps - no hot hand parififin wax that was advertised, ran out of hot water so my whole hair experience was in cold water and many people were ackwardly sitting everywhere when they could have had all stations rotating. The employees were doing the best they could but the party was too large for the facility

I really enjoyed the employees, but there was not enough of them to complete all of the services offered in a quality timely manner. It didn't feel like a true spa experience.
