The hostess, Francesca, was rude and disinterested. She insisted that we wait at the bar when we told her that we were not interested in the bar. We had a 5:00 reservation and at 5:30 even though there was no one in the restaurant she did not want to seat us. We had tickets for a show and were pressed for time. We asked to talk to the owner or manager and she said she would send them over, but never did. She literally ruined our experience at that restaurant and would never go back. We will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. We also heard a waiter make a comment about us having a "groupon" as if that did not make us real customers. The worst customer service I have ever seen.

Would definitely go back. I didn't realize they are only there 16 months. It's a lovely setting, and the parking lot is an added bonus in White Plains.
