I was very disappointed with my Botox experience at this facility. I have gotten Botox multiple times over the last several years and I have the worst bruising on my forehead and corner of my eye that I’ve ever gotten before. I also didn’t appreciate the approach of trying to sell additional products and services as I was checking out.

Theresa, You came in on Thursday, December 11th at 2:30pm to do your Botox injection. Just to inform you, we have been doing injections since 2008 and our injections are performed by licensed medical professionals. Carmen (our medical nurse) has great knowledge and experience regarding injections. In fact, clients specifically request her to do the Botox. However, if you had an issue, don't you think that you should have contacted the business with before-and-after pictures to raise the issue versus disregarding the medical nurse's credentials? Also, our skin care products have been on Amazon for 14 years with 5-star reviews and they get sold out every month. For future reference, before you blast a woman-owned small business or small business in general, you need to do some research before placing a bad review. You are not welcome in this establishment any longer. The Demirjian family has been around since 1974 and we have thousands of loyal clients who appreciate our efforts all these years.
