Dr. Sofos is very professional, kind and informative. His staff are also very nice. When you go here, the wait is usually not too long. You'll sign in, showing your voucher. You'll be asked to fill out some papers. Next, you'll have about 10 minutes lying face down on a chiropractic table while TENS pads are placed on you. You can also have a warm pack on top of the TENS which is nice. Afterwards, you'll wait for the doctor back in the waiting room. When you're called in you'll tell Dr. Sofos what is ailing you. He'll discuss your treatment with you. AND... when I told him I had a fear of my neck being done he did not hesitate to say that he wouldn't touch my neck. WOW!!! I have been to chiropractors throughout my life for over 40 years and NEVER EVER had I had a doctor respect my concern. Not that they were bad chiro's, but they said not to worry. So a BIG KUDOS to Dr. Sofos for RESPECT. The actual adjustment is pretty quick. If I remember correctly, he used this square massager on my back before he adjusted me. It was awesome. Thanks, Dr. Sofos.

This as a very unpleasant experience. It was run like an assembly line whether you had an appointment or not. Even though on the website it says you won't wait more than a couple of minutes, I waited over 20 minutes every time. I would first get 10 minutes of electronic treatment and then the doctor would only see you for about 2 minutes. He cracked my back twice and said "you're good" and that was it. When he asked if I was getting any better after the second visit, I said no, and he recommended I get an MRI. Doctor did not know what he was talking about. I saw a better chiropractor right after him and he was able to solve my neck pain no problem.
