Lady at the front desk was rude. Despite giving a $30 tip to the hairdresser, she charged me an additional $20 stating the hair was too long (it wasn't, they only cut one inch) so the total price paid actually was no savings.

Make sure you can make an appointment during regular business hours. They don't take Groupon appointments on Saturdays or later in the evening.
