When I arrived for my last laser Julie informed me I wasn’t on the schedule. I showed her the text from her company confirming and proving that my appointment was scheduled. She admitted the company made a mistake but refused to honor the booking. She proceeded to become irate & yell at me, waving her arms frantically. The most uncalled for & unprofessional treatment I’ve ever witnessed.
