AMAZING place. Everything is so clean and the girls there are so kind and knowledgeable. Angelica was great and attentive. I am booking more services with her and the girls!!! Great place to be. Can’t wait to get my facial and more treatments.

Just got the IPL. Waste of time and money. I have had IPL done and this was nothing like previous times. The entire treatment took 10mins for my entire face, start to finish. I also specified in the releases that I did not want my picture taken, and my photo was taken. Would not recommend.

As I mentioned with modern day IPL, treatment is quicker due to the advanced technology. you mentioned “previous times”, this may be due to a different treatment you had elsewhere. Usually our IPL works quicker and less treatments need to be done. please read about the treatment before you make remarks. thank you for your feedback.

Your technician mentioned to you, the IPL we have in the office is advanced. This will take less time and less treatments. You mentioned “previous times”, this may of been a different treatment elsewhere. IPL Without numbing takes 10-15 minutes. please see the treatment info before you make remarks.
The consents forms for photography are for photo release meaning uploading your picture to SOCIAL MEDIA. Per our policy, we take pictures of every single client for reference however signing off will be towards Social media. We have applied this. thank you!

I do not recommend this procedure. It is extremely painful and I did not see any results afterwards.

Unprofessional and charged extra for services. Treatment doesn't work and she basically says oh well, you signed a waiver. They take your money and run.

We are sorry for your negative feedback. You were charged extra for a costly service that you proceeded to continue with. You agreed and signed all the documents understanding and stating procedure and policy. As a professional facility these waivers are in place. There was no Recollection of you reaching out to the facility and discussing solutions.
