In other words, the mat-topped space lets youngsters blow off steam in a gymnastics or fitness program while giving their moms and dads the opportunity to fit in a workout of their own at an adults-only gym or class. But if grownups aren't in the mood to ramp up their heart rate as their little ones learn how to walk the balance beam, cheerlead, or navigate a ninja-style obstacle course, they can always exercise their email-typing muscles at the healthy onsite cafe.
