This restaurant has a banner outside "Now Open", when you go to the door there is a small note that has a phone number to call to lease the building. We requested a refund from your customer service and did not receive anything. We then received a text to extend the coupon, thinking it had reopened we extended and went back only to discover it was indeed closed. Not at all pleased with your assistance in this transaction.
