They sold three Ultimate car washes for $33.00, and when I went to use the first one, they did a terrible wash job. When I complained to them, they offered to make it right, but only provided a basic wash job and not the Ultimate wash which included interior cleaning, tire shine and rainex. They did not offer to do those items, and instead, asserted that I had only bought basic washes. They could not explain why I would buy 3 washes for $33 that together would cost me $33 without the groupon. It did not make sense. The business refused to acknowledge that they had misrepresented their services by selling Ultimate washes and then only providing a basic wash.

Purchased 3 Ultimate washes with tire shine with a value of $20 each. Went to use the first one today and was given the basic $11 wash without even a vacuum on the interior let alone a tire shine. Absolute waste of money and fraudulent advertising and sale. What were they thinking?
