Anne I explained to you that to make your entire hair color lighter, we would have to lift ALL of it. Which is far outside the scope of a $60 Groupon. I offered to do that for you and you declined the extra services. I guess a crude comparison would be that you can't buy a $20 oil change coupon and expect to get a new transmission just because you have a coupon for that business. The blonding package allowed for highlights, root coverage (base color), and haircut/style. It does not cover 5 hours of what would basically be a color correction. Clients need to tell stylists at the time of the appt what their concerns are instead of saying nothing and just writing a bad review. I want all my clients to be happy, but also reasonable. If you want the hair in the picture you brought in, you have to be willing to pay for it. This is an issue ALL stylists deal with. Best wishes in the future.
