Generally I love going here but this time we bought a Groupon for 90 minutes of bowling for 2 people plus arcade games. It was expired but Groupon promises you can use the amount you spent on the voucher towards getting the same service at the establishment. They refused to let us purchase the 90 minutes of bowling and put the Groupon cost towards it and instead just tried to give us an arcade card and nothing else. Eventually they gave in and let us do 1 game of bowling and that's it and certainly was not happy about it. It's very rude they would sign up on Groupon and then not want to honor it.
