The place was horrible. We did not even stay. There were blood spots on the sheets, mattress and curtains which means that there’s bed bugs. There was smaller bugs on the floors and discoloration on the walls and ceiling from water leaks. My 7 month pregnant wife and I were trying to have a nice baby moon before our little boy gets here and we could not stay in these discussing unsafe conditions. The man at the hotel refused to refund us. This is wrong. This place needs to be taken off of Groupon it’s a horribly disgusting place and no one should ever be forced to stay there let alone pay to stay there. Right now I am out $158 to this dump. I am going to contact my lawyer because this place is a grove misrepresentation of the product they proclaim to offer. The hotel should be condemned and I am calling the board of health and safety to report them.

Firstly, if I could give 1/2 a star I would. However, the one star is for the customer service. The people were very polite. The place, however, is unacceptable for the rating noted. It is a one-star hotel and the price per night would be for a better-quality hotel. I could not stay there. Changed rooms twice and never unpacked as it was simply scary dirty. Sheets had dried blood stains; this is when we decided to leave. We were able to find other lodgings. Stayed at the Marriot for less money per night and it was clean and comfortable. However, this took away 2 hours from our trip. I have reached out to customer service with Groupon and still awaiting a response. The information noted about the hotel was not even close to reality.

There was some loose cords by the bed and the pillows were extremely flat
