Renea Jones-Hudson consistently excelled at physical fitness during her time as an Army officer, earning several military physical fitness awards. After 20 years of service, she's taken her knowledge of fitness and nutrition and is helping everyday civilians get on the right path to healthier and more productive lives. She uses her multiple fitness certifications to provide clients with personalized fitness training. After assessing body fat and fitness evaluations, she designs programs to fit each client's individual needs and fitness levels. Jones-Hudson also helps exercisers assess their eating habits so that any weight that is lost won't reappear.
