At CrossFit Diversion, we pride ourselves on providing the total fitness package: CrossFit, Weightlifting, Yoga and Team Sport Specific Training. Our family friendly, competitive environment has been proven to deliver incredible results both physically and mentally.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our unbelievably dedicated and highly credentialed staff constantly puts our members first. From coaching all aspects of movement in class, to nutrition outside the gym, our coaching staff is in constant contact with our community.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A passion for fitness and helping others drives the collective effort of our staff to the gym every day.

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to wake up every day knowing we are making a difference in others lives drives us to the gym every morning, afternoon and night. Watching someone get their first pull up, lose that 20 extra pounds, or tell us they're able to run around with their kids is the best feeling in the world.
