Forged Soul Fitness & Yoga has two locations (Hammonton and Winslow) and we provide group fitness and yoga classes to those looking for a supportive community. We prioritize modifications and personal support so that each person can get the most out of class while honoring their individual needs. We aim to keep things fun when working hard, relaxing when needed, and provide additional services such as massage, reiki, crystal healing, meditation, and one-on-one stretch sessions (Thai Yoga) to support everyone's wellness journey.

Just went to a yoga class for 1st time there. The instructor was very good and knowledgeable and gave us a great work out. Will go again.

I LOVE this place. Caryn and Jason are great people! I love the app they have for Forged Soul, it shows the classes and times for the class. They offer class around 6am, 9am, 10am and some around 5pm. Each day is a different class, so you NEVER get bored. I love the people who come, they are very supportive about going at your own pace. It's a great workout environment.
