The person at reception took so long checking me in it cut into my massage time, though I showed up more than 10 minutes early. The person I booked a massage with was almost rude then, telling me we barely had enough time to target one area, so let’s just do upper body as I would only have 45 minuted once undressed. Now over a year later, they SENT ME A BILL bc they never processed the Groupon! 😳
