Don't be afraid or intimidated, everyone there is very friendly, welcoming and encouraging. Beverly made me feel strong, empowered, and motivated, she focuses on mind & body. Wonderful spinning class when my groupon (5 classes $25) is finished, I plan to continue going. The prices are great and the gym is nice and clean.

Be ready to get an exciting workout. The instructor is very informative and motivating. The time passes fast because her class is so much fun. She knows how to keep you going even when you get tired and what to stop. I would definitely recommend this studio to others. The people who attend are so welcoming and friendly. It's really an enjoyable experience.
