The booking process is terrible. The number that you're instructed to call on the groupon is an answering service. I called 3 times beginning in April. I received an email with a link to book my appointment and then after booking, I didn't receive any further follow up until a week before the party. I think that this process needs to be improved as it's hard for someone to plan a party without feeling confident that the service is actually booked.
