Very relaxing. Good massage and my skin glowed after the facial

The salon is quite small, which would certainly not be a drawback - but the smallness didn't evoke a feeling of coziness. The door was locked when I arrived which was a little odd for a business in the middle of the day. I purchased a groupon $140 (regular priced) facial with a chemical peel. Since this was my first visit to the salon and my first chemical peel, I thought I would be provided with more information about the chemical peel. I had to ask questions and still only received very basic answers to those questions. I also anticipated feedback during my facial in the form of suggestions regarding care for my specific skin type and my targeted concerns (information provided in my two page questionnaire completed upon my arrival). I did not receive any comments or suggestions and so wondered if my information was even reviewed prior to my facial. When I made my appointment I stated that I would be using a groupon. Would I have received more/better attention and had a more positive experience had I paid the full price? I'm not sure. But I couldn't help but wonder.

Just know that they only do natural nails. No shellac. But wonderful experience. You can tell Keri really cares about her craft. Just lovely... Exactly what I needed. :)

I enjoyed the facial so much - very professional. But the stone massage was done by another person and was awkward and unprofessional. I've had stone massages two times before and this was nothing like what I expected. The reflexology was basically non existent, more like a very short foot massage.
