My appointment was for 7pm, and the doors were locked. The kind owner of the sandwich shop downstairs let My friend & I wait in there. After several calls to Jennifer's number, around 7:20pm, someone called me back asking me if we were still coming to the appointment? We finall got upstairs, and didn't start until 7:30pm. The Groupon promised appetizers, there was none. We were told Jennifer was out of town, so someone else was doing the makeup. Our appointment finished a little earlier than 10pm, when they were almost 30 minutes late to start. The make up application class was ok, learned a few things; but the finished product, I was not pleased with at all. Overall, not satisfied.

Jennifer was really informative and fun. She taught the class herself and it was a lot of fun, she has a great personality! I bought her product and will buy more
