pictures are OKAY not great, i can totally take these pictures with my canon. the angles are off, the background isnt very clean. they werent professional like the pictures on the website.

I am sorry that you feel that way.
I did tell you that further editing would be done on the images that you ordered. I ALWAYS do a soft editing until I know what my client is going to purchase. It isn't worth my while to completely edit 50 pictures, which would take about 4 hours when the client ends up not buying much. As far as the angles go, I would need to see the pictures that you are referring to. I am happy to do the session over again if you weren't happy, but I also am happy to do further editing on images that you order. You would be able to preview them before the final edit as well.
I am sorry that you didn't understand that the digital images were not included in the package. I know you were upset about that and I know that your daughter was in a bad mood that day, making the session very difficult to do. As I said, I would do the session over again for you in the hopes that she would be in a better mood. The editing process would be the same: soft edit, ordering, complete edit.
