So far it hasn't been what I expected but it has only been 2 weeks. They tell me it might take longer for some improvement. I never wore glasses before, was going mainly so I could read without reading glasses. Seems to work better for people who have worn glasses for a long period of time. But if I am better in a month than YES I would recommend them. Maybe I am impatient. Time will tell.
