Just so you are informed of the chain of events: 1. Took days to get a hold of you to set up a day to paint 2. The next available day was months later 3. The day of the appointment. Which started at 8:30am. Called numerous times, with no answer. Finally got an answer 1.5 hours late and was informed you slept in and would be out in half an hour. We told you no and would rescheduale for an evening time during the week. We asked to scheduale while we had you on the phone and you could not do that and promised to phone back the next day to rescheduale. 4. You did not phone back the next day 5. We tried calling as usual it went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full Improvement Necessary
