Serene Yoga Studio, Winnipeg

I have only been to a couple of classes so far and have really enjoyed them and learned something useful each time. Stacy is a lovely teacher and has been most accommodating. I look forward to enjoying more classes at this lovely small studio. Namaste.

Very friendly and knowledgeable yoga instructors. The atmosphere of the yoga studio is welcoming and warm. A tad expensive, although on par with the cost of yoga at other studios from what I can tell.

I bought a coupon for a bad back. I tried their beginner yoga and it threw out my back. The room was really hot, squished and they had beginners doing poses that were beyond our ability - aka 'threading the needle' - which is what threw my back out. I much prefer Moksha.
