They cancelled my appt twice and never gave me another appt. before the deal was up. I lost my money. Never again

Made an appointment, waited forever. The day before my appointment, they cancelled. I called the following week to let them know I was never rescheduled and they stated “we have many people to reschedule but it will be worth the wait”. Here we are in July, and nothing. I texted the number they suggested snd the lady said they no longer are with Groupon, which makes me even MORE irate. Thieves

As you were told today, we reached out via all platforms in MAY to reschedule your appointment. You responded to us TODAY. You were advised we are not accepting discount vouchers at this time. you then became very RACISTS!! Also very Irate

Only 1 therapist. Ensure to confirm your appointment and get name confirmation so not a problem when trying to redeem. They do not answer calls but you can text and someone will respond ensure all on same page with appointments.

We most definitely answer our calls and texts. We are a very busy PRIVATE Spa with 4 therapist. However only 1 per day accept the discount service vouchers.
