No talking during massage please

They called us about an hour before our appointment and told us one of the massage therapists was not available for our couple's massage but that we could reschedule or that we could have separate massages--completely defeated the purpose! We had already hired a babysitter and driven into town (a 45 min drive) and we eating lunch directly before our appointment. What was supposed to be a relaxed treat turned into a stressful runaround. Not acceptable notice. The facilities themselves were nice, but it was hard to enjoy them.

I'm not sure how to explain the establishment other than it was nice, but my therapist named Arlene was amazingly awesome. She really helped my rough week come to a relaxed close. I was extremely tight and in some pain, and she really knew what she was doing. And she was very calm and fun to talk with. I would recommend her to anyone. Everyone else seemed very nice and professional, also.
