I have already been back!

Huge disappointment. They acted inconvenienced by the Groupon offer. The $60 arrangement can be had for the $30 we paid...no bargain. It was necessary to visit twice, first to place order, then to pick up. They would not take the order over the phone for pick up. I asked for red and white carnations and daisies. What I was given was a spring arrangement with neither red or white requested flowers. They would not correct the order. A voice mail message to the owner was never acknowledged. They have lost my business.

There are two locations, which happen to have different hours of operation, and one shop is considered a "satellite" location, with fewer arrangements and floral options than the other, but not on the website nor in the Groupon details was that explained. I went to the satellite location at 7:40 am (listed opening time was 7:30) and had to wait until the man arrived and opened the store around 8:15 am. He then told me there were not enough arrangements on site for me to be able to use the value of the Groupon, with a very dismissive attitude. Neither the inconvenience of waiting for him nor the impact to my schedule received even the slightest acknowledgement. I was able to use my Groupon at the main location (which, for me, is a much less convenient location) before it expired, but I will not use this florist again.
