Amy was no longer working there when I went in for my cut. I unfortunately cannot remember the name of stylist - she was new, and she did an AMAZING job! This is the best cut and color I have had in YEARS. Highly recommend.

The cut was fine, but Emma (not Amy--no longer works there) did not do a good job with the dye. I asked for reddish hair and was left with dark hair and bright red/orange "hot" roots....

I could never get them to actually call me back after repeated attempts. i finally disputed this with my credit card company as Groupon said there was no refunds. Very unhappy.

Amy was one of the best stylists that has ever done my hair. The cut is perfect, the color is perfect. Every other time I've ever had my hair colored, the dye has stained my white linens, but not with the Paul Mitchell products they use here. It was seriously one of the absolute best experiences I've ever had at any salon. I will definitely be back.
