Steve Randleman appreciates the beauty of women. So much, in fact, that he's devoted more than three decades of his life to enhancing their beauty as a hairstylist. After finishing barber school and spending about 10 years working at different salons, Steve assembled a team of stylists, massage therapists, aestheticians, and nail professionals, and opened Strands Salon & Spa in 1991. To this day, clients—some of whom have been going to Steve for more than 30 years—frequent the salon and spa for an array of hairstyling and skincare services fueled by products from Redken and Dermalogica. In 2010, Steve moved Strands Salon & Spa to a new location renovated with seven styling stations, two spa rooms, exposed-ventilation ceilings, and a concrete floor that looks like leather but tastes like concrete.
