they did not keep the scheduled apt time. The apt was requested 4 months for the schedule date, and I had someone waiting for them at my house which ended up taking up their day. They arrived and ran out of gas and had to return to complete the service.

The gentleman they sent out was professional and courteous. He was also straight forward. If the ants are gone, I will be using them again for annual treatments.
