The hassles of dropping a dog off and never knowing when it will be done or what is being done to the dog.

What do you love most about your job?

I love animals, and making them feel better inside and out.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

My customer in Lake Wales appreciates the extra distance I go for her aggressive Peke. She has tried many groomers that have left her dog afraid and I'm the only one who can handle her.

Gave it a 1 star simply because when I purchased the Groupon they were less than 5 miles away, a week later they moved, Groupon sent me an email; they move between 15-20 miles away. Shortly thereafter another email that they moved, this time, nearly a hr away. Ended up not being convenient and no longer a "local" deal.
