Coach is great. Encouraging but not over bearing. The support of having lots of other men and women doing this along side of you motivates and challenges you to do your best. There's no fluff, it's held in a parking lot but I enjoy it and most of the music selections played. It's a quick, hard workout - Boot Camp Style.
