Grammy's Indoor Playground, Winter Park

Grammy’s Indoor Playground surrounds parents and kids in a safe, warm environment reminiscent of a grandmother’s home. Surrounded by soft tiled floors and walls painted to resemble a sunny spring day, kids and their parents can relax and play just as they would at the family matriarch’s house. One wall actually looks like a welcoming outdoor porch, and it's here that friendly staffers pull up rocking chairs and spin tales during story time, just like grandma used to before rocking chairs were made obsolete by digital rocking chairs. The rest of the day, kids ages five-years-old and younger unleash their imaginations across themed play areas. They might sell produce at a play farmers market, climb an indoor jungle gym, or draw a mural on the chalkboard wall. Little ones can socialize and play all day, and Grammy's invites parents to bring along lunch or make use of the "Nursing Nest," a quiet space set aside for breastfeeding.
