Do you use any family recipes at your restaurant? Whose family do they belong to (the chef, the owner, or someone else)?
As the owner and head chef, all of the recipes I use come from my family.
In your own words, how would you describe your menu?
"Nopa" stands for "Not on Park Ave." We serve rustic urban food and organic grill cuisine. Our food is simple and made with seasonal ingredients from local sources.
