My wife and I had previously visited this location when it was Del Monte. It was pretty bad and we did not visit it again. I don't recall precisely when Santa Rosa took over the location but we were still hesitant to visit but I decided to purchase the groupon back before COVID was here. Now that my wife and I got the vaccine we decided to give it a try and get out of the house. We figured at worst they couldn't screw up some sopapillas. Fortunately we were pleasantly surprised. The queso and guac were solid, as was the salsa. My wife opted for a beef burrito and I went for spinach enchiladas. We both would order them again. For dessert we decided to try their Churro Margarita. Two fresh, fried churro-doughnuts with vanilla icecream sandwiched between them in a margarita glass. It was stellar. I had purchased the $30 off of a meal for 4 and they let me use half of it as $15 for 2, and we're allowed to use the other half later. We definitely enjoyed the meal and plan to return soon!
