Rolling Huts and Methow Tents, Winthrop

It was horrible . I purchased the rolling huts and got put In the tents . And than the walk to the tents was very difficult . With the wagons that was given it still was hard , and than there was bats . No one was there to check us in . They never answer the phones and than send out these automotive messages

No one answered the phone. There was a wild fire near that town and we couldnt use our stay as roads were closed and the town was ordered to evacuate and we were not offered any future booking or no one even answered our call.

Comfortable and clean! Spacious tent and a very pleasant night sleep.

First off, it was a beautiful place. However, the river spot is not child-friendly. It was raging and there was no spot for them to play safely. The pathway to the river was dangerous for small children and pregnant ladies to cross on a raised log. The mosquitos were unbearable. The restaurant on the property was closed the days we were there. Getting in was a breeze and getting out was a breeze. The downside was we had to drive with all the children to find a nice lake they could enjoy and could not use the river as we hoped. If you stay there you should definitely spend more stay in the Huts. The Tents are roughing it. The bathrooms by the Huts are NICE and CLEAN- that's a long walk to get to from the tents with small children.
