Every class and instructor were different so your workout won’t get stale. Classes are small and really pushed me. All the people there were super nice and welcoming!

Keep up the good work. I walk in and never feel out of place or discouraged because of the level of fitness I am at. No one is pushy or condescending, I like that and that will keep me coming back.
