At Brazilian Steak House, patrons begin by filling their plates with appetizers, a bed of pasta, and fresh vegetables, then grab a seat at the table for the parade of sizzling meat skewers that constantly pass. They can then send telepathic hunger waves to staff bearing their favorite cut of meat, whether it is kielbasa sausage, chicken breast wrapped in bacon, or cuts of lamb in a vinegar wine sauce. Staff then shave off portions directly onto plates to create all-you-can-eat feasts, and every meal is customizable. A full menu of wine, beer, and tropical cocktails, such as the house capirinha, can also complement meals.
