Carlson Auto was wonderful. I fully expected there would be "extra" charges..... like the groupon didn't cover disposal or something -- But I brought my car in with my groupon and they changed the oil and handed me the keys. No trying to sell me a bunch of services - no addl charges. i will definately return to this location in the future !

I was very disappointed with the service I received at Carlson Auto. It wasn't good. I know I bought the groupon for the oil change. But I can't believe they didn't even top off my fluids like other places do, and then they tell me something else is wrong with my car (which I don't believe) I will get a sceond opinion. I will NEVER go there again. I am glad I bought a groupon so I didn't have to pay full-price but I won't go therer again or recommend it either.
