As everyone says, the office is really nice. However, the receptionist was the person who tended to me. They didn't really explain anything. Signed papers, just told me to lie down and choose a spot. The laser was really hot and freaked me out a little so I ended up turning it off. Lastly, it's been over 15 mins since I the time the laser was suppose to shut off and they haven't come back in.
