BEWARE! I had a scheduled appointment last month but never received a call or text to confirm. I tried calling them but there was no answer and the voicemail box was full. I checked the website but it was down for maintenance. I went to the salon at my scheduled appointment time and lights were off. No one was there despite posted hours and an open sign. I have not been able to reach them since

Even thou it clearly states on Groupon, you can purchase this again they (Glo Face & Body) would not let me use it. I was told they would not except it since I'd already been there and I would need to sale it someone else but she would let me purchase it again at the business for the same price. Lucky, Groupon refunded me my money. All I can say, they lost a customer.

Don't get me wrong, the massage was great. However, twice now, I have made appointments for a massage, confirmed the massage with their texting confirmation system, shown up for the appointment and the "open" sign is lit up, but the doors are locked and the interior lights are off. I have waited an additional 15 minutes after my appointment time and still no one shows up. I have left messages and contacted on FB and still no response.

The message was 10 minutes late. The therapist did not even mention or apologize for being late. No extra time was added and it even ended approximately 10 minutes early He performed a technique called cupping on me, but did not warn me I would have bright red circles on my back or what to do about it. My wife was horrified and scared when she saw my back. Not a pleasant experience

Sorry for your experience and a consent for cupping is actually signed prior to treatment. And cupping is explained in detail. Those circles actually eliminate clogged areas and congestion and relieve pain. Cupping is only added per clients request it’s an additional service that you paid for!
