This is not the first service we have used from 405 Motors and we will likely use them again. The worked performed was well done. I would have given 5 stars but the car was returned after the minor bumper repair without being washed. Not a big deal just a minor disappointment particularly when the work was again, done well.

Greeted as though I was already a nuisance. Was told there would be a surcharge for “excessive leaves in the trunk” and “dirt between the seats and the door”. I keep my car in great condition… See photos for what they claim is “extremely dirty” and deserving of the minimum $75 surcharge. Not helpful or honest. Will take advantage where they can. Be warned.
