Schnapsleiche Spirits invites Seattle-area residents to experience traditionally made spirits at its in-house distillery and tasting room. There, the process starts with Washington-grown ingredients, including grains, fruits, and (when applicable) spices. From field to bottle, everything is processed onsite inside Schnapsleiche's pot still. The micro-distillery makes limited-run single batches of European-style schnaps, gin, and vodka, along with some less common spirits, like akvavit and geist.

We had a wonderful time on our tour and tasting at Schnapsleiche Spirts. Markus whom is one of the owners was our guide and did an awesome job of educating us on the process and products they make. Markus was a great host and we even learned some things about Germany from him. The tasting was great and they have some great products. We will for sure be back to see Markus and buy their products. I highly recommend doing a tour & tasting at Schnapsleiche Spirts.

Very interesting explanation of the the processes of distilling and imbuing flavors.
It was fun tasting a wide range of products from vodka to aquavit to schnapps to brandy.
