I paid for a service that I never got. No one called to inform me of any changes. I find that to be very unprofessional and now I'm trying to get a refund or credit to my account.

hello, unfortunately we scheduled you for Saturday march 2nd, your appointment time was 9am-3pm.
we informed you at the time of your booking that we would contact you 1 hour prior to our arrival. we made several calls to the number you provided to us. you didnt answer or call back until today.

They did an amazing job with my carpet! My carpet looks like new! Great quick but efficient service! I would most certainly use them again!
